Friends of Trinity Academy Richmond is a registered charity (Registered Charity Number 1097555).
Friends is a voluntary committee of parents and staff, and we exist to raise funding for resources and equipment that cannot be financed from the school budget. These are no longer just the added extras of school life. We also support educational experiences, thus reducing the financial impact on parents. Over the years, Friends has funded or part-funded the purchase of educational equipment such as furniture and books for the school library and children’s cloakroom furniture providing named hooks and storage. We have also contributed to whole school activities such as the Pantomime at the Georgian Theatre for Years 1-6 and a theatre workshop experience for the Early Years. We have also had local authors come into school and work closely with the children.
We communicate all our events and news via the weekly newsletter, on this site and via our FB page. We suggest you LIKE us on FB so that you don’t miss out.
If you’re connected to the school and would like to “give something back” and you can spare an hour every now and again let us know. We meet approximately once every half term, but if you can’t make a meeting just send us an email and we’ll be in touch. E: friends.trinityrichmond@gmail.com
